FAQs for charity teams
Use this FAQ to prepare your first enquiry, route supporters to the right pages and confirm event format.
Fundraising as an individual? You want fundraising for a charity.
What is the fastest way to get started?
Pick a challenge, share your preferred month and expected group size, and we will confirm options. Most organiser-led campaigns begin with a dedicated date: charity fundraising events.
Where should I send my supporters?
Use two links consistently in supporter emails and posts:
- Fundraising for a charity for participant guidance, training and fundraising help.
- Charity Challenges (or your dedicated booking link) for places and dates.
This keeps sign-up and fundraising traffic in one place and reduces admin queries.
How do dates work?
Guided events: suitable for small groups across all challenge formats. Private events: your own exclusive date. Typical private minimums are National 8+, Welsh 8+, and Yorkshire around 30+. The charity fundraising events page has availability calendars for each challenge.
What numbers do you need from us?
A range is enough at enquiry stage, for example "we expect 30-50 supporters." Also share the smallest group you would still run with. Full checklist: what we need from you.
Do you have templates we can reuse?
The promotion toolkit gives a practical checklist for timing, channel order and link handling.
What should we include in our first enquiry?
- Challenge preference: Yorkshire, National, Welsh, or Three Days.
- Preferred month (and a fallback month if possible).
- Expected supporter numbers and your minimum.
- Practical constraints: accessibility needs, travel limits, or fixed internal dates.
Contact us and we'll confirm availability and pricing.
Do you have a charity dashboard?
Yes. If you already have an account: charity dashboard login.
