Private company events
This page is for company organisers deciding between private and guided formats. Use it to choose the right option by team size, then request dates.
What "private" actually means
A private event is an exclusive date for your company. Briefings, pacing and start times are planned around your group.
On the day, event crew support your group only, including mountain leadership, checkpoint staffing and safety cover.

When private makes sense
If you have 40+ people, private is almost always the right call. You need your own start time, your own briefing, and leaders who know your group's capabilities.
If you're a team of 6, joining a guided date is simpler and cheaper. All guided challenge formats work for small groups, with no minimum numbers and no date negotiation.
For private bookings, National and Welsh start from 8+, while Yorkshire private events are usually practical from around 30.
Event options
- Private Yorkshire Three Peaks: 24-mile loop with one start point. Usually practical from around 30 people and scales to large company groups of 200+.
- Private National Three Peaks: the cross-country format across Scotland, England and Wales. Private bookings for 8-60 people, usually best for smaller groups and leadership teams.
- Private Welsh Three Peaks: shorter transfers than National with Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan. Private bookings for 8-60 people.
How dates work
Pick your challenge, share rough numbers and preferred dates. Most companies book at least 6 months in advance - all available private dates are up-to-date, and later notice bookings will often be available.
- Choose your challenge (Yorkshire, National or Welsh).
- Tell us your approximate group size, even as a range.
- Request a date via private bookings or contact us.
