Three Peaks kit lists
Use this hub to get your kit plan right, then open the specific kit list for your challenge.
Each route has different terrain and conditions, so kit requirements vary. Do not assume the National and Surrey events have the same requirements.

Common mistakes that cause problems on the hill
- New boots on event day (blisters and toe pain).
- Waterproofs without taped seams.
- Not packing layers because the forecast is good.
- Food that is hard to eat while moving (teams under-fuel and slow down).
- Kit buried at the bottom of the bag, so it is not used when needed.
